AgentMaestroJobs.com is an independent job board built to serve the emerging category of agentic AI careers — before the mainstream caught up.
When Jason Calacanis described the "Agent Maestro" on the All-In Podcast as the job nobody sees coming, it named something that had been quietly emerging for months. People were already doing this work — orchestrating AI agents, automating complex workflows, governing autonomous systems — but there was no dedicated place to find those roles or understand what they required.
AgentMaestroJobs.com was built to fill that gap: a focused destination for the AI agent career category, covering the roles, the skills, the salary expectations, and the live job listings — all in one place.
The site was built by Ralph, who has spent the past two years building with AI across a range of products and tools. That experience made it clear just how fast the practical side of AI was moving — and how much of the conversation was happening at the frontier, while the career infrastructure lagged behind.
The goal was straightforward: build the resource that would have been useful at the start of that journey.
A few principles guide what goes on the site:
The site focuses on five core AI agent role categories: Agent Maestro, LLM Engineer, Prompt Engineer, AI Automation Specialist, and Agentic AI Architect. Each has a dedicated role guide, live listings, salary data, and FAQs.
There's also a comprehensive salary guide covering all five roles across seniority levels, with public-source attribution throughout.
